Qualifications Required:
• Agree with the statement of faith of the Christian and Missionary Alliance in Australia
• Be clearly called by God and passionate about shepherding the Cantonese-speaking community
• Have at least three years of pastoral experience
• Hold a recognized evangelical theological seminary degree, Bachelor’s in Theology or higher
• Understand and integrate into the church’s multicultural background
• Demonstrate team spirit and good interpersonal relationships, able to fulfill church duties with the
pastoral team, Elder Board, and Deacon Board
• Speak fluent Cantonese and English
• Full-time/part-time
